Conceptual architectural design development with client and architect
Determine use of existing furniture

Design Development:
Develop strategic design concept including color palette, aesthetic finishes and materials
Selection of appliances and fixtures
Provide detailed finish schedule
Select everything in home from floor to ceiling
Construction Documents:
Space plan (furniture layout) and detailed floor plan to each specific trade
Elevations of all designed spaces
Lighting plans
Perspective renderings
Tile drawings and specifications
Sketches and or all visuals for client’s understanding of my vision
Design then draw custom furniture
Purchasing:
All materials on your behalf
Coordination and procurement of approval items
Consultation with trades people including negotiations and estimating
Installing:
Job site visits
